These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) form the basis for the provision of services by PABLO.COM.CY (hereinafter referred to as “PABLO.COM.CY”) to the Customer. By engaging in the services provided by PABLO.COM.CY, the Customer agrees to be bound by the Terms outlined herein.

- Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, and other contact details you provide when booking a service or contacting us.
- By signing the Service order, the Customer agrees to pay for the listed services and any additional services if applicable.
- Initial prices from PABLO.COM.CY are estimates and may fluctuate based on material and service costs.
- Service times are estimates; delays cannot be claimed for compensation.
- Vehicles are cleaned at the Customer’s risk; PABLO.COM.CY is not responsible for damage to pre-existing issues.
- Delivery of the vehicle involves external and internal inspection, but no checks of electrical systems are done.
- PABLO.COM.CY may assign employees or third parties to work on the vehicle at its discretion, and the Customer assumes responsibility for any risks associated with moving or testing the vehicle.
- Any claims for loss or damage are subject to these terms and the applicable insurance policy.
- The Customer must pay for services upon vehicle collection. If unpaid, the vehicle will not be released until full payment is made.
- PABLO.COM.CY guarantees service quality for 2 days but does not cover issues resulting from high pressure, misuse, or pre-existing damage.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by mechanical forces, misuse, or poor-quality materials/parts.
- Claims involving customer-supplied materials are not the responsibility of PABLO.COM.CY.
- Old parts will only be returned if requested before service starts.
- Some services may alter vehicle characteristics; the Customer assumes full responsibility for any consequences.
- PABLO.COM.CY’s liability is limited to the reasonable costs of correcting defective services.
- Personal data shared with PABLO.COM.CY may be collected and used in compliance with applicable law.
- PABLO.COM.CY is not responsible for delays or failures in service due to force majeure, including natural disasters, war, or pandemics.
- Vehicles can only be delivered by an authorized person; PABLO.COM.CY may refuse service if authorization is insufficient.
- Vehicles should be picked up within 24 hours after service to avoid storage fees. Uncollected vehicles may be parked outside at the Customer’s risk.
- PABLO.COM.CY is not liable for any damage to uncollected vehicles after service.
- Customers should check their vehicle and belongings before leaving; complaints afterward will not be accepted.
